Staying Tender In the Midst of It All

Last week we heard a powerful reminder from Rev. Lisa regarding our own extravagant tenderness and preciousness. This week we will explore what it takes to stay tender, to nurture our tenderness, in the midst of conflict and strife. We cannot completely avoid all of the conflict and strife that surrounds us. Nor should we. And it is tempting to guard our tender hearts by building walls and defenses. Let’s explore the power of our tenderness and how we nourish what is soft and vulnerable within us for the sake of making a better world together.

If joining by Zoom, please use the regular First Parish Zoom account: https://zoom.us/my/firstparishdot  If you attend in person, you are most welcome to join us for fellowship in the Parish Hall afterwards!

We always have nursery care starting at 10:30. Our children start in the sanctuary with their families, then go with their teachers to Sunday School after the Time for All Ages, unless it is an intergenerational service.
