“Siblings”

This year’s Transgender Day of Visibility comes in the wake of many states launching devastating and scary attacks on the rights of transgender folks. Our siblings are scared and angry and weary. So in the midst of our celebration of the existence of trans and gender expansive folks, and the gifts that they are to our world, we must recommit to becoming even more expansive in our welcome of all of our beloveds. What does it mean to be a congregation that proclaims that all genders are whole, holy and good? How are we continuing to celebrate the beauty and wonder of all genders and gender expressions?

This week we will be joined by guest musician, Kathryn Mostow, who will play some of her original songs. Her songs are beautiful and wise. Come welcome her!

If joining by Zoom, please use the regular First Parish Zoom account: https://zoom.us/j/4438056805 If joining in person, please wear your mask and sit distanced from one another. Our service leaders, who are all fully vaccinated, will unmask to speak and sing from the front of the Sanctuary.
