Part One: Our FPD Mission

The first part of our process, spanning January – February 2022,  will ask us to have conversations around our mission to ground our decisions in who we are, what we value, and what we aspire to be.

FPD Mission Discussions

You are invited to come to any ONE of these 90 minute meetings that works for you and your identity. At these meetings, we will gather data together that will inform the mission conversation.

February Board Meeting

On February 15, the Board will look at and synthesize the raw material from those 4 meetings. We will bring that data to the Congregational Retreat. 

Congregational Retreat – All are invited to a 3 hour Congregational Retreat, led by both facilitators, to create a mission statement together. This is perhaps the most important step of the whole process. Please mark your calendars: Sunday, February 20, 2-5pm! This will be a hybrid meeting led by both facilitators.
