Sermon Description:
One of Jesus’ most difficult teachings was this: Love your enemies. In a world that is seemingly full of enemies, can we take this teaching seriously? What does it mean to love our enemies, should we actually do it, and why would we want to? Learning from the wisdom of people who have lived this out in the face of great cruelty and oppression, let’s explore how this theme can inform how we live in our world today.
