Disability Justice and Continuing On in These Oppressive Times

While there is so much happening in our world today and being directly and indirectly impacted from federal decisions, how can we stay grounded? What lessons can we learn from disability justice movements to continue on in these oppressive times? How can faith help us continue in the face of oppression and just downright evil and inhumane conditions?

We are a lay-led congregation, meaning services and spiritual leadership are provided by community members rather than a designated minister. This reflects our commitment to shared ministry, where all members participate in roles such as worship leading, pastoral care, social justice work, and other community activities.
