Rental Fees and Packages

  • Hourly rates include time for set-up and breakdown. Additional fees may apply.

  • Non-Profit Rates are for community events. Commercial / Private Rates include private ceremonies such as parties, weddings, and memorial services.

  • A 50% down payment and a separate refundable $400 security deposit are due upon signing the rental agreement. The balance is due two weeks before the event. In the case of cancellation more than ten days before the event, the down payment is refunded. The down payment is not refunded if the event is cancelled ten days or less before the event.

  • Packages include use of our building resources (e.g. public address system) as available.
