We live in a time focused on image. You likely have an image of a healthy person that you can call to mind. You may even go to a gym and follow a strict diet to keep healthy. But, what do you do to help your spirit, your soul? Do you have an image of a healthy spirit? How do we know if someone has a healthy spirit? How do we improve the health of our own spirit?
